1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of AceMobileInterview at acemobileinterview.dev (the "Service"). By accessing or purchasing the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
AceMobileInterview provides digital interview-prep materials for iOS and Android engineers, including free guides and practice content, plus optional Premium access to additional projects, debugging exercises, system design, and behavioral materials.
Free content may change over time. Premium is currently offered as a one-time purchase of $29 (price may change for future buyers).
3. Premium access
Premium unlock is delivered via a browser cookie on the device/browser used at purchase (or when you complete the unlock confirmation flow). It is not a traditional login account. Clearing cookies, switching browsers/devices, or using private browsing may remove access on that device.
You are responsible for keeping access on devices you control. If unlock fails after a successful payment, contact us at mrsmarketerdev@gmail.com with your Stripe receipt.
4. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing, you also agree to Stripe's terms for payment processing. We do not store your full card number on our servers.
5. Refunds
Because Premium is digital content delivered immediately after payment, purchases are generally non-refundable once unlock succeeds.
If you were charged but did not receive unlock access due to a technical issue, contact mrsmarketerdev@gmail.com within 14 days with proof of purchase and we will help restore access or issue a refund at our discretion.
6. License and acceptable use
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Service for your own interview preparation. You may not:
- resell, publicly redistribute, or share Premium content or starter archives;
- scrape, copy, or republish substantial portions of the Service;
- circumvent paywalls, cookies, or access controls;
- use the Service for unlawful purposes.
7. No job or outcome guarantee
The Service is educational. We do not guarantee interviews, offers, salaries, or hiring outcomes. Company-named guides (for example Google, Meta, Apple, Uber, Netflix) are unofficial prep materials and are not affiliated with or endorsed by those companies.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AceMobileInterview and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for Premium in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will change when we do. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
